Independent Contractors & Installation Works
Status of "Certified Installers"
The designation of "Certified Installer," or any inclusion of a contractor in our referral lists and marketing materials by Arvit Services Ltd, serves strictly as an informational label.
It denotes solely that the independent contractor has previously attended a basic product orientation session and/or has a history of procuring materials from our company without formal technical complaints being reported to our management. It does not constitute a performance warranty, professional endorsement, or guarantee of workmanship by Arvit Services Ltd.
Independent Contractor Relationship & Absence of Financial Interest
All installers, builders, and construction companies referenced are entirely independent legal entities. They are not employees, agents, representatives, joint venturers, or subcontractors of Arvit Services Ltd.
Furthermore, Arvit Services Ltd does not charge referral fees, receive commissions, or derive any direct or indirect financial benefit whatsoever from contractors in exchange for providing their contact information to prospective clients. Such information is provided strictly as a complimentary courtesy.
Limitation of Liability & Exception Clause
Arvit Services Ltd operates exclusively as a supplier of building materials. As a standard practice, we do not supervise on-site works, manage third-party construction projects, or assume any legal, commercial, or financial liability for the quality, safety, or timeliness of the installation process.
Arvit Services Ltd assumes responsibility for on-site supervision, technical oversight, or related execution of works strictly and only in cases where such specific services are explicitly itemized as distinct line items in our official invoices (in addition to the supplied materials) and have been paid for in full by the client. In the absence of such explicit invoicing and payment, all liability for the execution of works rests solely with the independent contractor.
Client Responsibilities
Any contractual agreements, warranties for labor, project scheduling, and financial arrangements are strictly between the client and their chosen independent contractor.
Arvit Services Ltd strongly advises all clients to conduct their own due diligence, request references, and secure appropriate written contracts directly with the installers prior to the commencement of any construction works.
